Share deposit comparison
Everything about a share deposit
A custody account can be opened quickly and the opening itself is still free of charge. However, the first costs arise with the subsequent use of the account and therefore you should spend enough time researching in advance to find the right custody account for your shares. Here are a few points that are important when choosing the right share deposit account:
Secure, user-friendly and easy to handle
Good price/performance ratio
Good choice of stock exchanges (domestic, foreign, over-the-counter)
Different order types and add-ons
A stock broker must offer good value for money
Many order types and order add-ons must give freedom of action
Good to know
A stock portfolio is probably not the right choice for beginners without the necessary small change, because successful investing depends on the right mix. Don't put all your eggs in one basket! With shares, it takes a lot of money to get the necessary, intelligent mix of shares or invest only a few euros in the respective company and thus have to pay high fees that eat up the return! Therefore, the necessary small change of about 50,000 euros and more or buy the diversification right in the security itself via funds (active funds or ETFs). Of course, different rules apply to traders, but they probably won't buy shares, because shares are meant for investors.
Actually, it doesn't matter whether you are a beginner or a professional, because when comparing stock portfolios, you should focus on various points that will help you decide on the right broker. Now there is not THE right broker with the right share deposit, but it depends on the wishes and needs of the individual which deposit is the right choice.
Day trader, trader or investor?
There are many different groups on the stock exchanges, which can be roughly divided into the following three groups. These groups pursue different goals and also require different brokers.
Here, trading with stocks goes back and forth day after day. The most important thing here is
favourable order fees
many stock exchanges
many order types
The custody fee is not so important for a day trader, as he has hardly any or no securities permanently in his custody account.
The time horizon is only a few hours. At the end of the trading day, all positions of the day trader are reset to zero. The question here is whether shares are really the right security or whether one prefers to fixate on options, futures and other speculative instruments with leverage. First of all: Day trading is not for beginners! Money can be lost quickly and easily!
A day trader likes to go long or short (bets on rising or falling prices).
The fact that a portfolio has to be tax-simple is usually not the case with day traders, quite the opposite in fact, because this can even result in a tax advantage if the tax is not due until the following year.
Here is what infoexness tell us about trading: "ผู้ค้ามีขอบฟ้าในระยะยาวมากกว่าผู้ค้าหนึ่งวัน. นี่คือช่วงเวลาสําหรับการซื้อขายคือวันหรือสัปดาห์. ผู้ค้าที่ ประเภทบัญชี exness ให้ความสําคัญกับ: ค่าธรรมเนียมการสั่งซื้อต่ําตลาดหลักทรัพย์จํานวนมากประเภทการสั่งซื้อจํานวนมาก. ผู้ประกอบการค้าสามารถไปได้ไกลและสั้น."
"A trader has a longer-term horizon than a day trader. Here the time horizon for trades is days or weeks. The trader attaches importance to: low order fees, many stock exchanges, many order types. A trader can also go long and short."
